# How do I use AI for B2B lead qualification?

AI is decent at "does this title and company look like the ICP?" It is weak at budget, timing, and whether they already bought a rival last month unless you gave it that evidence. Use it as a pre-filter on the list, not as a closer.

Feed it the same ICP sentence a human would use. If the prompt is "find anyone in sales," you will get anyone in sales. Bad prompts scale bad targeting.

Watch for the model inventing pain. If the About section never mentioned churn and the pitch opens with "I saw you're struggling with churn," you trained a liar. Ground every claim in a field you can point at.
