# How do I see who viewed my LinkedIn profile?

LinkedIn shows profile viewers in Who viewed your profile. You can reach it from your profile or from notifications. The list is not a CRM. People appear, then age off depending on your plan.

A viewer is not automatically a lead. Recruiters, competitors, old coworkers, and bots all look. Match the name against your ICP before you invite.

If they viewed you after your invite, they may be deciding. Give them a day. Do not DM "saw you looked at my profile."
