A breakup message tells them you will stop. That is the payload. "I'll assume this is not a priority and close the loop. If timing changes, I am easy to find." Then actually stop.

Sarcasm ("I guess you hate pipeline") is how you get screenshotted. Fake scarcity ("this offer expires tonight") from a stranger is noise. Polite and final gets the surprising "actually, now is fine" replies.

Send it once, after one or two real follow-ups, not as email four of seven. If you have nothing new to add, the breakup is the new thing.
