# What do I say when a LinkedIn prospect says not interested?

"Not interested" is clearer than silence. Reply once: thanks, you will close the loop, they can find you later if the problem shows up. Then stop the sequence on every channel.

Do not ask "is it the price or the timing" unless they left a crack. A flat no is not a discovery call. Pushing turns a clean no into a report.

If they add a reason ("we just signed a three-year deal"), you can ask whether a note in month 11 is OK. If they say no to that too, believe them.
