How do I see who viewed my LinkedIn profile?

LinkedIn shows profile viewers in Who viewed your profile. You can reach it from your profile or from notifications. The list is not a CRM. People appear, then age off depending on your plan.

A viewer is not automatically a lead. Recruiters, competitors, old coworkers, and bots all look. Match the name against your ICP before you invite.

If they viewed you after your invite, they may be deciding. Give them a day. Do not DM "saw you looked at my profile."

Private mode on their side, or yours, will punch holes in the list. You will never see a complete picture. Treat it as a hint.

Do not buy browser tools that promise a full dump of viewers. That is scraping adjacent, and it is how people get restricted. Use the native list.

Frequently asked questions

You might be in private mode, they might be in private mode, or you have few views. Also, LinkedIn sometimes delays the list. Wait a day before assuming it is broken.
