Terms of Service
The rules for using Omentir and running outbound workflows through the product.

1. Use of Omentir
Omentir provides software for product analysis, LinkedIn lead discovery, lead grouping, campaign automation, reply tracking, and related workflow management. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Your connected accounts
You are responsible for any LinkedIn account or other account you connect to Omentir. You must have permission to connect and use those accounts with the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Omentir to send spam, harass people, misrepresent yourself, violate third-party rights, bypass platform limits, or use data in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.
4. Campaign responsibility
You control the campaigns, limits, target groups, and messages sent from your account. Omentir provides automation tools, but you remain responsible for your outreach activity.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel to stop future renewals.
6. Service availability
Omentir depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database storage, AI, LinkedIn provider access, billing, and email delivery. Availability may be affected by those providers.
7. No LinkedIn affiliation
Omentir is not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of its respective owner.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Omentir in the twelve months before the claim.
