1. Information we collect

We collect account information, workspace settings, product profile data, connected LinkedIn account metadata, lead and campaign data, message/reply data, billing details, and usage information needed to operate Omentir.

2. How we use information

We use information to analyze your website, find potential buyers, create lead groups, run campaign sequences, detect replies, send notifications, provide support, maintain security, and process billing.

3. LinkedIn data

LinkedIn data accessed through a connected account is used only to provide Omentir to that user or workspace. You can disconnect your LinkedIn account to stop future access.

4. AI processing

Omentir uses AI systems to analyze websites, generate buyer profiles, score leads, and draft campaign copy. We do not sell your data or use your private messages to train models for other customers.

5. Vendors

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, billing, LinkedIn provider access, AI processing, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account and outreach data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and operational needs. You can request deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access and monitor for misuse.
