What is LinkedIn Creator Mode and does it help sales?
Creator Mode is LinkedIn's content-person setting. It highlights Featured, hashtags you talk about, and often makes Follow the primary button instead of Connect. LinkedIn has changed the exact packaging over time. Read what your profile currently shows.
If you post and want followers who will never be first-degree connections, Creator Mode can help. If your motion is 1:1 DMs, you still need connections, InMail, or Open Profile. Followers do not open the regular inbox.
Some sellers turn it on, then wonder why visitors hit Follow and never become messageable. That is the trade. You can still send invites. The visitor's default click might not be Connect.
Hashtags in the headline area are not a strategy. A few posts that a buyer would actually read beat a row of tags.
Turn it on if you will publish. Leave it off if you never post and you want Connect to stay obvious. Do not expect it to raise invite caps.
